Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services tax).

Security Policy

RBP uses Westpac Bank's partner EWAY to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet.
Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the customer’s browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.

A customer’s credit card details are not stored anywhere on the internet and the only company who has access to this data is Westpac Bank.
RBP does not have access to any customer credit card information.

The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the customer’s browser.
These secure processes provide customers with peace of mind when purchasing online.

Privacy Policy

RBP is dedicated to keeping your details private.

Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell, or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

We use this information to identify and process your orders.

We may use this info to send you product info via email.

Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option to not receive these types of communications and you may request at any time to stop receiving our communications by sending us an email.

We do not give anyone outside of our company personal details of any of our customers. Neither the bank, hosting website company or accountant has access to our customer details database.

We monitor how many people are visiting the RBP website by page and by day but we do not monitor individual customer website surfing habits.

We do not use cookies on our website.


Shipping by regular Australia Post service is included in the price (no extra charge).

The same shipping rates are posted in the checkout cart.

We will normally ship out from our Sydney, Australia office same day after the full payment is received.

If you are urgent you can pay extra for express shipping. You will get the products next business day if you are in any Australian metro area.

We ship via Australia Post throughout Australia. We also use Direct Couriers in the Sydney metro area. High value items are sent via Australia Post Registered so there is a tracking number.

There is a shipping options menu when you get to checkout.

If items are out of stock or otherwise unavailable we will notify you within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Customers have the option of choosing a substitute or like kind product, waiting for the backorder, or receiving a refund.

Warranty & Returns Policy

USB flash drives are sold with a one year replacement warranty from date of purchase.

If your product fails to operate under normal use you can contact us for a replacement. We do not issue refunds if the product can be replaced.

We require proof of purchase (paid invoice). Accessories (lanyards, usb extension cables, gift boxes, etc.) are excluded from warranty.

All generic (non-branded) products made in China undergo two quality inspections. One is done by the overseas factory.

A second quality inspection occurs upon entry to Australia.

Defects are screened out in one of the 2 quality inspections.

Branded products (e.g. SanDisk) perform quality control tests at the own manufacturing locations. 

SanDisk has either a 5 year warranty or in some cases a limited lifetime warranty. See back of retail packaging. 

DJI has a one year limited warranty. See their website for details.

However, our return policy is listed below:

Returning Product for Replacement

  • Send us an email notifying us of a defective piece and requesting replacement.
  • We will check to ensure the product is still under valid 1 year warranty.
  • Mail the product back to us at our Sydney, Australia office.
  • All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit are your responsibility.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned.
  • We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
  • We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays.
  • We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice or change of mind.
  • We do not refund or credit for defective items that can be replaced.
  • Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require as we do not supply goods on a trial basis.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that:

  • are incomplete or missing parts; or
  • show signs of physical damage to the product. 
  • The one year warranty is expired.

If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:

  • refuse to accept delivery of the product,
  • direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
  • notify our Customer Service staff immediately

Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return, warranty repair, or replacement.
